    Exchange & Return Policy

     size adjustment: If there is a sizing error by the customer, we offer free sizing adjustment within Kingdom of Bahrain. For customers outside the Kingdom, shipping cost will be charged for returns and alterations.

    Return and exchange: If you experience any issue with your order due to our error, or are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you can request exchange or refund within 14 days of receipt, provided the product is unused and in its original condition.

    Refund: Refunds are made according to the original payment method.

    -If you pay by credit card, your account will be credited within 14 business days.

    - Refunds are not possible for COD ordersbut you can exchange the product for another product.

    Are the abayas ready or detailed?

    All abayas on the site are customized and you can change the abaya cut and specify all sizes in the notes, and we also have ready-made abayas in our branch in the Kingdom of Bahrain.
